Q. Denestech is based in the South East of
the United Kingdom, but how broad an area do you serve?
A. We offer our sales and services not only to the UK and Ireland, but the whole of Western Europe. In addition to this, we invite enquiries for our products from further afield.
Q. Which types of trays or
products are Denestech de-nesters able to handle?
A. Our machines will de-nest trays, lids, flat cards etc of all
types. Some common examples are all types of vacuum formed plastics,
paper, ovenable pressboard, paper pulp, fabricated paperboard,
polystyrene, pressed aluminium foil as well as injection moulded pots.
Q. Are Denestech able to guarantee
the performance of the machines?
A. When we are involved with any project we always
evaluate the products that will be used in the machinery very carefully.
In all circumstances we will state our estimated maximum speed as well
as point out any particular points of interest regarding product quality
or any other factors which may influence non regular behaviour of the
equipment. In cases where the product consistency is guaranteed, we will
also offer a performance guarantee of the machinery based on product
(tray, lid etc.) quality.
Q. We currently have operatives
who denest our trays manually, but we would like to look into the
possibility of automating this process. How can we tell if our trays are
suitable for automatic denesting, and if not, what can we do about it?
A. By contacting us with your enquiry, you will get
answers to any questions regarding all areas of our expertise. We will
gladly advise you on your current products and if necessary, we will
consult with your supplier with recommendations of product improvements that will benefit the
automated process.
Q. The Denesters that
we have installed in our factory were manufactured by FP
machinery and we are no longer able to get support from technicians with
any previous product knowledge. Are Denestech able to offer service
back-up and support for this equipment?
A. With Denestech's history and in depth knowledge
of FP products and systems, we are perfectly placed to offer any
customers a high level of service and back-up of FP equipment.
Q. Other than the TrayFlow and
ServoFlow machines, do you manufacture any other equipment?
A. Yes we do. In addition to the TrayFlow Tray Denester
and the ServoFlow Pick and Place Machines, we also manufacture simple
vertical feed denesting equipment and the RotoFlow dual head epicyclic
Denesting machines.
Supplementary to our range of denesting machinery, we have a number of
accumulation and synchronisation systems which we custom manufacture
from existing modular designs.
Further to our expertise and business concerning denesting related
machinery, we are also involved in the design and manufacture of
machinery for the stacking and batching of freshly manufactured trays.
Q. Are Denestech Ltd Agents for
other OEM supplied equipment?
A. Denestech Ltd are not an agency house and we do not
import or re-brand any other third party equipment.
All Denestech machinery is designed and manufactured by Denestech Ltd in
the United Kingdom, however, we do supply engineering support to a
number of Western European OEMs.
