ServoFlow 350 Pick & Place Machine.

This example shows the machine de-nesting deep, tightly nested foil trays for placement into a deep flighted conveyor. The ServoFlow de-nests the tray and transfers it to a wait position. When given the signal by a photo-electric sensor detecting the conveyor pusher, the machine continues it's motion to the lowest position and gently releases the tray onto the conveyor. Because the tray is not 'dropped' on to the conveyor, there's no bouncing or misplacement of the tray. The machine's servo motion allows a multitude of similar motion profiles, which may easily be stored and re-called.
