The TrayFlow Tray Denester is quite probably THE most versatile Tray Denesting Machine on the market, with it's electronic profiling and tool free changeability between diversely different products. The video demonstration shows lightweight '6 pack' trays being de-nested at a rate of 120 trays per minute, although the typical de-nest rate for this product is between 80-100 packs per minute when used in conjunction with automatic product loading.
