TrayFlow 500 Tray Denester.

Every Denestech machine is designed with flexibility as a key feature. Our modular system allows almost any configuration of machine to be built without the need for bespoke design work. The TrayFlow 500 Denester in this video has a typical single product width capacity of 500mm, although in this instance it is twin lane. As standard, 10 separate electronic profiles (recipes) are available, which enables the user to select instantly between 10 differing sets of behaviours. The video shows the TrayFlow alternately denesting single ovenable board trays from 2 magazine lanes for extended re-fill times when only a single lane feed is required. A quick change of profile allows the same machine to instantly denest pairs of trays onto the same belt when required.
