A better alternative to conventional pot dropping.

The TrayFlow Denester offers an excellent alternative to conventional pot denesting, with the ability to surpass the speed capabilities of almost any Pot Dropper. The video example shows a typical application of Superfos rigid pots being denested in the TrayFlow 300 at a rate of 70 pots per minute, although the upper speed threshold for this example of product is typically 90 per minute for a single lane. Besides speed advantages, this machine offers other benefits, including the fact that the pots are stacked in the magazine with the openings facing in a downward direction, which reduces the likelihood that any foreign objects may enter the container prior to being denested. Also, because the pots are denested in a sideward motion, there is no need to wait for the previous pot to have cleared before the next pot is denested. The pots exit the out-feed in a sideward travelling stream.
